To adjust the length of your tie, remove the tie from the neckband, and arrange as shown below:
Bring the wide end of the tie down, under the neckband:
Then fold it to the left, across the narrow end:
Bring it straight up, under the neckband:
Then tuck it behind the "knot":
Tighten your knot by pulling the neckband tight, and pulling down on the tie.
